I've
only lost a total of 8lbs since I began this journey and its been an
incredibly slow and painful one at that. But, I have finally reached
my first goal...199lbs. It is with some shame that I have to admit
that the key to my success is my iPhone. I mean, come on...really?
Yes, really. It's with me all the time. I can make healthy choices
before I order, no matter where I am...its always with me. And, talk
about instant gratification. I can enter my weight, I can track
physical activity, I can see results right away!!
Keeping track of what I eat and really understanding what I eat has been a real challenge for me. But, its a good habit in the making. The next habit to build? Yuck - increasing my water intake.






i love my new i-phone. i also use it to help me lose weight. i have downloaded:i-train, lose it, WW, and runkeeper. Good luck on your weight loss. i will be rooting for you!
